Responsibilities:
- Assist in on-boarding of new hires which includes coo rdination of orientation session for new hires
- Support India Leadership with meetings
- Coordination of all training programs which includes sending calendar invites, collecting feedback, tracking attendance etc
- Coordination of HR Programs/Initiatives
- Organ ize team meetings and events and maintain related calendar invites
- Work with corporate partner teams such as accounts payable, facilities and IT as required
- Contribute to a positive culture with a joyful attitude, including finding creative ways to bring e xcitement and happiness to others (such as planning and execution of recognitions and celebrations, etc.)
- Handle various ad-hoc requests and projects requested by leadership
- Able to work cross functionally with key stakeholder teams
- Partner and drive event s along with employee resource groups at Zynga
- Own and drive engagement events/activities
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of Office Management or Executive Assistant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to turn ar ound projects with detail and accuracy
- Experience with managing multiple calendars and work at a fast pace
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Outlook
- Adaptable, proactive, resourceful, with a self-starter mindset
- Experience managing competing priorities within tight deadlines, while maintaining composure
- Trusted to handle information and tasks of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to co mmunicate with all levels of staff
- Imperative to work quickly, efficiently and independently in this capacity
