We want you to join our team as a Security Product Manager
You will be joining an elite, global team of product and project managers who focus on delivering technology solutions to EA employees. Your mission is to work with EA Information Technology (EAIT) and the EA Security team to create products and services that will improve security across the enterprise. To accomplish this, you will lead product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and project delivery in the Security portfolio.
What do we expect from the Security Product Manager?
- Product
- Work with partners to define product strategy and features and determine short and long term goals
- Clearly define trade-offs and work with organizational constraints to drive product decisions
- Use data and creativity to communicate product vision, ideas and concepts and influence partners at all levels within organizations
- Integrate user research, usability studies, analysis and prototyping into requirement gathering to improve user adoption and satisfaction
- Define, monitor, and analyze metrics for launched products and feed that analysis back into the product development process
- Participate in product release planning; including story definition, backlog refinement, acting as a customer proxy, and providing support for testing
- While this is a Security Product Manager role, we would prefer someone who is willing to perform End to End Program Management duties:
- Program manage key technology initiatives, from Initiation through Transition
- Create/Validate project budget and track internal and external project costs
- Develop and maintain Project Plans
- Actively identify & handle risks to the project and implement response strategies
- Develop and maintain Project schedules and drive progress
- Drive quality delivery against explicitly defined project success criteria
- Set and handle user or customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive strong communication amongst the various team members and partners, including regular project status reporting to the various teams
- Lead the knowledge transfer from project team to support teams and ensure solutions are stable and supportable
- Conduct project post-mortem reviews and project closure
- Relationship Management and Domain Knowledge
- Build great working relationships within the EA user community
- Understand our business partners and engage the broader org for common goals
- Understand our domain area to lead products/programs more effectively
- Use a positive approach to get collaborative work done
If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need:
- Technical BS degree or equivalent qualification
- Extensive Product Management experience
- Track record of planning and delivering cost effective results
- Validated ability to evaluate and handle risk
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Ability to run and adhere to plans, budgets, and variances within the IT function
- Validated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high volume environment
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business models and org structures
- Validated ability to work productively with a globally distributed team and partners
- Integrity in dealing with all levels of management and staff
- Travel when required (>25%)

- Strong Program Management experience
- IT Security experience
- PMP and CISSP certifications
