Sr. Program Manager, Ent-Media, Entertainment Media

In this position, you will collaborate with various teams both domestically and internationally to promote multiple initiatives and lead business expansion through improving customer purchasing experiences and improving operational efficiency. Mainly, you will be responsible for solving product selection, price, and convenience issues that are the foundation of retail business, planning and execution of new projects that solve pains for customers and manufacturers, and improving business process efficiency to support further business growth.

We are looking for people with highly complex project management experience to achieve these missions, logical thinking for problem solving, a vision that is not bound by temporary improvements, communication skills that realize close cooperation domestically and internationally, and a passion to proactively promote projects.

Key job responsibilities

• Ent-Mediaのビジネスを支える品揃え・価格戦略と、お客様やメーカー様の課題解決を行うイニシアティブを担当します。
• 様々なレベルのオプションを適切に活用し、ビジネス拡大の基盤となるチームの業務効率化を推進します。
• 膨大な社内データに加えて、お客様・メーカー様・チームメンバーからの定性データを自ら収集・分析して課題を特定し、必要なアクションを立案・実行します。
• 国内外のチームと協業し、新しい機能やテクノロジーの導入、お客様・メーカー様の課題を解決する新規イニシアティブの立案をリードします。

• Responsible for selection, pricing and convenience programs that drive Ent-Media's business and initiatives to resolve pains for customers and manufacturers.
• Promote team efficiency improvement, which is the foundation for business expansion, by appropriately utilizing options at various levels.
• Collect and analyze both quantitative data from our data warehouse and qualitative data from customers, manufacturers, and team members ourselves to identify issues and devise and execute actions.
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams to lead the introduction of new functions and technologies, and the plan of new initiatives to solve customer and manufacturer issues.

Basic Qualifications

・プロジェクト/プログラム/プロダクト管理における5年以上の業務経験
・教育レベル：大卒以上
・プロジェクトマネジメント：国内外の複数チームを巻き込むような複雑なプロジェクト・マネジメントを行うことができる。
・問題解決・対策立案：現状分析を素早く的確に実施し、ロジカルな評価に基づき適切なソリューションを立案できる。
・長期思考：短期的・一時的な解決ではなく、長期に渡って持続的に有効かどうかに照らして思考し判断できる。
・データ分析：優先順位付けや対応可否の判断材料とするために必要なデータを定性・定量的に分析し集計できる。
・言語：ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語。いずれの言語でも定常的に書面（email、レポート）、口頭（会議、電話、TV会議）でのコミュニケーションを行うことができる。
・PCスキル： エクセル（v-lookupなど関数の操作）、ワード/パワーポイントによる文書作成スキル

・At least 5 years of work experience in project/program/product management
・Education level: college graduate or above
・Project management: Complex project management involving multiple domestic and international teams can be carried out.
・Problem solving/countermeasure planning: Carry out current situation analysis quickly and accurately, and formulate appropriate solutions based on logical evaluations.
・Long-term thinking: Think and judge in light of whether it is sustainably effective over a long period of time.
・Data analysis: Capable to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze and aggregate data necessary to prioritize and determine whether or not to respond.
・Languages: Native level Japanese and business level English.
・Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

・SQLを活用したデータ取得・分析・集計の経験、またはその興味
・リーンシックスシグマを用いた業務効率化プロジェクト経験
・Python, SQL, VBAなどのスキルを使った業務効率化並びにそのマネジメント経験

・Experience or interest in data extraction/analysis/aggregation using SQL
・Work efficiency project experience using Lean Six Sigma
・Process efficiency improvement using skills such as Python, SQL, VBA, etc., and management experience
