Prime Gaming, part of Amazon Games, partners with leading international game developers and studios to provides free games, in-game content and Twitch benefits to Amazon Prime members. The team launched four years ago and is preparing for explosive growth over the next three years.

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Marketing Manager, Paid Media to help manage, grow and optimize our advertising channels in order to help achieve Prime Gaming’s aggressive business goals.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels and interacting with large cross-functional teams. They will be adept in liaising with key business partners, external agencies and global teams to align all stakeholders around a common goal. They will ultimately be responsible for all aspects of paid media campaigns including strategy, planning, execution, optimization and measurement.
We are seeking a self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines. This person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of creating demonstrably successful campaigns built out of insight into customer’s behaviors, optimized based on use of data and metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
· Drive and optimize global marketing campaigns, based on Awareness, Return on Ad Spend and Lifetime Value, through all available ad channels
· Responsible for a paid budget with accountability for campaign effectiveness and efficiency
· Analyze details of marketing channel efficiency: cost, performance, and new opportunities
· Own campaigns from end-to-end – manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, measurement, and reporting
· Able to effectively communicate with advertising partners to efficiently drive campaign performance
· Implement and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize for conversion and other performance marketing metrics
· Contribute to the ad creative process & drive creative performance learnings
· Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues using debugging tools and working with 3rd party vendors
· Collaborate and build relationships with marketing and advertising teams across Amazon
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the global games market, player acquisition trends, and competitive landscape
· Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements to drive business impact
· Reporting on progress against goals and relevant paid media marketing metrics for in-depth business reviews and reports for senior leadership
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agency resources

Basic Qualifications

· 6+ years professional, non-internship marketing experience
· Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
· Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
· Experience building and managing relationships with external media partners
· Excellent negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in the game or entertainment industry
· Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising systems
· Working knowledge of SQL
· Experience using Tableau
· Experience of working with Google, Facebook and other digital platforms
· Proven ability to lead, influence, align and inspire cross-functional teams, including those who are not direct reports
· Strong understanding of marketing measurement and testing methodologies
