Sr. Manager, Product Marketing Technology

2K has been a major console and PC game publisher for several console generations and is known for bringing outstanding IP to the market. As our games get bigger and more sophisticated, we are growing our marketing technology group. The Marketing Technology Product Team delivers and deploys marketing technology solutions across 2k that provide measurable, meaningful data to our business teams.

What You Will Do

• Gather business requirements, build user stories, and run JIRA sprint roadmap
• Lead Marketing Technology projects to ensure they are executed in an effective manner
• Fully own projects simultaneously from prioritization to completion
• Work with Marketing, Functional Analysts, and Engineering and provide cross-functional support
• Participate in Scrum meetings and Sprint Planning sessions
• Tackle project blockers, handle dependencies and communicate project timelines to management and partners

What Skills Are Needed

• Minimum of 5 years in the Ad Tech or Marketing Technology field
• Proven track record in Product Management or leading cross-functional projects
• Experience working within the product development life cycle either in or alongside Product Management teams
• Meaningful experience using JIRA for sprint planning
• Understanding of performance marketing processes and technology capabilities around Customer Journey, Conversion Measurement, and Customer Data Management
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to run queries
• Highly organized and self-sufficient with excellent interpersonal skills
