What You'll Do

The Sr. Internal Communications Manager will play a key role in helping build our Real Money Gaming organization, keeping employees informed, connected and engaged as we grow and in building our brand and employee value proposition. Working closely with our People & Culture team, you’ll get to build content designed to attract and retain top talent, support and lead internal people campaigns and initiatives, manage social networks, drive change communications and amplify our culture.

This role will also be responsible for managing employee engagement events and creating robust global employee programs that keep colleagues connected and informed, regardless of their physical location. This role requires a self-starter with a track record of effective and innovative internal communications and employee relations strategies. This role forms part of Aristocrat’s global Corporate Affairs team and will be connected to other communicators and thought leaders from across our Group, Pixel United and Global Gaming organizations.
