Sr Brand Manager

EA’s Brand Management team is looking for Sr Brand Manager to lead a future vision for the fighting experiences at EA SPORTS, with a focus on our biggest licensed brands like EA SPORTS UFC. As a Sr Brand Manager, you will guide our brand growth strategies, including live service, product opportunities, and expanded services.

As a Sr Brand Manager, you will be part of our Brand Management function and will report to the Global Brand Director. You will lead the future vision for the fighting experiences at EA SPORTS, with a focus on our biggest licensed brands like EA SPORTS UFC. You will guide our brand growth strategies, including live service, product opportunities, and expanded services. You’ll partner closely with Studio and licensors to form insight-driven strategies that deliver creative new experiences for our players, portfolio, industry and sport.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Consumer Insights, Studio analytics, Marketing and Commercial teams to articulate the State of the Business and a vision for the future of the Fighting brand.
• Develop integrated strategies that increase brand awareness, perception, and franchise revenue including post-launch revenue generated from live service.
• Partner with Studio, Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure Brand strategies are integrated across functions and translating to singular, amazing experiences for players.
• Drive key deliverables and milestones in the annual planning process, as well as managing weekly/monthly checkpoints with partners.
• Partner with sports licensors to collaborate against objectives and observe brand guidelines associated with licensed sports games.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in business strategy, brand development, campaign strategy, and/or product marketing
• Experience taking a product or service from consumer insight, to ideation, to market
• Ability to gather and interpret data, and distill meaningful insights
• You are a relationship builder, able to galvanize and influence stakeholders across disciplines, at all levels
• You have a strong interest in sports experiences and digital entertainment
