At Roblox, we are growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help build, scale, and grow our engineering organization. We are a fun and collaborative team focused on recruiting technical talent. You will use a data-driven approach to influence our engineering executives and tap into your creativity to help our recruiting team members build different recruiting approaches. We recruit top talent and aim to provide a memorable candidate experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will directly impact the growth of the company, support our scaling efforts and shape how we recruit.
This is a full-time position and located at our headquarters in San Mateo, California.
You Will:
- Partner with other talent leaders to implement candidate sourcing strategies using creative channels to support hiring goals
- Drive data-driven decisions that optimizes for efficient use of recruiting resources
- Gather and use data to inform decisions and influence changes across the recruiting organization
- Understand the talent market and share insights to the team
- Work with our leadership team to promote an inclusive environment
- Lead with empathy, providing both constructive and positive feedback to your teams and cross-functional partners to improve how we recruit
You Have:
You Have:
- 10+ years of technical recruiting and/or sourcing experience
- 5+ years of management experience scaling a team
- Experience managing processes to support a thoughtful hiring process that meets hiring goals
- Experience building processes and creating a solid recruiting infrastructure
- Experience solving complex recruiting problems at scale
