We are looking for a Monetization Operations Specialist to our amazing team.
Responsibilities
- Tests activities and features before going to production;
- Acts as a focal point for Operations in feature development processes, as a part of task forces or working with product managers;
- Manages the operation of activities inside the game through the game’s Back-end system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, implementing pricing configurations, etc.
- Manages the operation of activities outside the game: setting up ongoing and daily emails, web and mobile notifications, including segmented protocols;
- Works on ongoing improvements of operation systems with development teams;
- May develop to being in charge of a certain domain on the Operations team -Improving internal processes, product focal point, customer orientated projects, etc.
Requirements
- High proficiency in using Excel;
- Mobile testing;
- Familiarity with the studio's game and features;
- Ability to use different software;
- 6 months or relevant experience;
- Back office software, wiki, project management software;
- Basic knowledge of SQL;
- Availability and ability to work around the clock when needed;
- Technological orientation;
- Has a customer service mindset;
- English: at least Intermediate (speaking and writing).
