Software Engineer - Build

We are looking for a Build Engineer to drive process and technology improvement around builds, automation, and tools on the Infrastructure team. This person will create meaningful contributions that result in increased engineering productivity throughout the organization. Our headquarters are located in San Mateo, CA but this role can be fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support platform build tools, automation and test infrastructure
- Own and troubleshoot the deployment tools and fix operational problems as they arise
- Develop and streamline technology that improves productivity for all of engineering
- Participate in code reviews
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional programming experience
- Experience in one or more scripting languages, such as: Powershell, Groovy, Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with source control systems such as Perforce and Git
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field or 2+ years industry experience as the degree equivalent
Pluses
- Experience in build engineering
- Experience with Jenkins
- Experience developing in C#
- Experience with Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with Unreal 4 or Unreal 5
- Experience or a strong interest in games development
- Familiarity with Windows administration

$75,000/year to $145,000/year
