Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· 5+ years of experience in program or project management, including the delivery of cross-functional projects.
· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· Proficient in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
· Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation and standardization.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Certified Project/Program Management credentials.
· Experience working with diverse geographical teams.
· Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative solutions for complex customer/employee problems.
· Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with exquisite attention to detail.
· Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
· Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects.
