- Support studio community plan
- Develop and manage the online community for Raven and its current projects
- Work closely with partner development studios as well as marketing communications teams at Activision to amplify key beats, carefully communicate Raven’s voice and celebrate studio culture
- Be responsible for timely studio updates on relevant studio channels, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Work to ensure Raven’s websites and social channels are updated with the most current front-end designs and relevant brand / logo treatments.
- Help manage back-end functionality of Raven’s website, including database maintenance, where applicable.
- Monitor online community dialogue on platforms, including Twitter, Reddit and LinkedIn
- Track and report to studio leadership the following on a regular basis
- Quantitative measures as outlined by business goals
- Amount of activity at community sites
- Qualitative report of consumer responses
- Identify strategies for emergent digital platforms to broaden the studio’s social reach
- Create bespoke social media posts, working closely with Activision, to support recruiting opportunities
- Expertise in tools, including Opal, Tubular, NoScope
- Help to build 2021 roadmap plans for studio social media community management
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Familiarity with video games, and Call of Duty franchise
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated
- Possess excellent written communication skills
- Have experience contributing to successful online community plans
- Adaptive, proactive and flexible
- Able to collaborate and juggle multiple interests
- Have successfully created online content previously
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Desktop publishing software, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML; software, including Opal, Tubular, NoScope
- Up to date on new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them
- Interest and knowledge in competitive video games and esports
