Social Media Manager:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be joining a constantly developing and growing marketing team at Trailmix. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media engagement for Love & Pies. Working in the marketing team, you will connect with our players, constantly boosting their engagement by inspiring and empowering them.
You will be the essential link between Love & Pies’s marketing and our players, enabling constant interest and viral. This opportunity is fantastic for someone very ambitious and passionate about provoking positive emotions for a beautiful, diverse, nourishing and long-lasting game that can be played by everyone.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute social media strategies by activating best-in-class social campaigns across key channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter and Pinterest)
- Be responsible for all social media channels; plan, curate and publish exciting marketing content for our audience
- Build out immersive worlds for our Love & Pies fans and identify opportunities for innovation and virality
- Deliver inspiring and relevant content that is channel-centric, utilising our current marketing campaigns and in-game live-ops events
- Act as a data-driven campaign expert
- Monitor and analyse content engagement rates, reporting on learnings to our game team
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams (Marketing, Player Experience, Content Design, etc) and work effectively with external partners
What you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of the power of storytelling as a marketing tool and the importance of brand consistency
- Understanding of social media strategy and relevant tools
- An early adopter of marketing trends and always looking to stay ahead of an ever-changing social media landscape
- Proven experience as a social media manager
- Outstanding English writing skills and an excellent understanding of the North American market and culture
- You are comfortable being in front of a camera to be yourself
Location:
Trailmix is currently operating under a hybrid work model - we have 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday & Friday) in person at our brand new studio in Kings Cross with the remaining 2 days available to work from home.
