Social Media Manager

Who you are:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with the following skills:

• You have several years of experience leading content calendars across social media platforms including Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Discord and forums
  
• You are comfortable acting as a public representative on live streams, interviews and social media;
  
• You are very well known with gaming communities;
  
• You are comfortable using tools to create and manage assets (e.g Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, OBS);You’ve mastered the English language and can match Arrowhead’s voice;
  
• You’re comfortable gathering and reporting social media analytics to inform and drive social strategy.

What you'll do

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing a diverse and welcoming community for our players through engaging content and active moderation on social media platforms. Working closely with fellow developers and publishing partners, you'll execute a content calendar and increase our fan base while fostering a positive community atmosphere. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Ideate and execute a content calendar (including social media posts and blog articles) that engages, informs, and excites our audience;
  
• Increase our fan base, building our brand personality, fostering a positive community, and establishing a feedback loop with players via social networking;
  
• Assist with the creation of social media assets (e.g. livestreams, images, videos, game capture sessions, animated GIFs);
  
• Help with ideating and organizing community initiatives (e.g giveaways, user generated content, contests, challenges);
  
• Track, measure, and report on social engagement and player sentiment data to optimize social strategy;
  
• Monitor player sentiments and advocate for community needs by surfacing feedback to stakeholders.

Practical Information

Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week - Fixed term assignment for 6 months.
Location: Office first, hybrid solution possible. You need to be eligible to work in Sweden.

We are a pet friendly office! You can expect to find dogs and occasionally some cats around.
