Social Media & Community Manager is responsible for the ongoing operational management, development, and improvement of the Social Media & Community of 505 Games in China.

This role will implement the strategy for the 505 Games product and corporate Social Media presence under the direction of the Greater China and Global Branding and Marketing senior management, working closely with brand & marketing, user acquisition, community and customer support teams to communicate with players to drive strong engagement and community growth.

Candidates for this role must understand the dynamic landscape of social media channels in Greater China, strategies, emerging platforms, and audiences within those channels in order to execute a channel and content strategy with the available territory specific platforms and tools.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop Greater China strategies and plans to meet KPIs including player engagement and retention 和公司内部及外部团队合作发展中国大陆策略并达到各项 KPI ,包括玩家参与度和留存率。
- Create and communicate content and creative / localized assets that are aligned with product positioning while engaging to our Greater China communities 针对中国大陆玩家社区策划并发布适用于产品定位的推广内容。
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure that all content and messaging are in line with the company's brand voice and strategy. 与各相关部门合作,如市场、设计和产品团队,确保所有内容和信息传递符合公司的品牌战略和产品资讯。
Understand the interests and behaviors of our target user segments and how to effectively engage with them. 充分了解我们的目标用户的喜好和习惯以提高他们的参与度。
- Manage social media campaign execution and scheduling including day-to-day content sourcing and creation as well as post-campaign analysis 管理并执行社交媒体推广计划,针对日程计划安排内容,并于项目结束之后进行详尽的项目复盘。
- Identify, analyze, and interpret community feedback, trends, and analytics to maintain a positive environment across social channels in Greater China 识别、分析和解读社区反馈的趋势进一步在中国大陆地区的社交媒体上保持正面形象。
- Increase player reach and retention by creating interactive community events and/or contests Implement a local brand community strategy in cooperation with the global 505 Games strategy and then deliver and execute. 通过玩家互动、社区活动和本地玩家社群以深入接触更多的玩家和提高玩家留存率。
- Listening/monitoring as well as engagement/participation touch points with community 在和玩家社群近距离接触时也要持续倾听他们的反馈和监督社群。
- Collaborate with communications team on community and crisis response plans. 和公司内部团队合作经营社群并拟定危机处理计划。
- Develop influencer programs, working with product teams to successfully deploy. 和产品部门合作经营主播以及各类创作者方面推广计划
- Test, optimize and analyze campaigns and projects based on key metrics. 基于关键指标测试、优化并分析推广运营项目
Qualifications and Experience :
资历和经验要求:
- Chinese national 中国籍
- 2+ years of digital community management (PC is a plus) 2 年以上网络媒体以及社群运营经验( PC 游戏相关领域优先)
Strong understanding of how to maximize player experience and growth on platforms (including but not limited to Weibo, Wechat, QQ, Bilibili,Douyin, Steam China) 充分了解如何在社交平台上最大化玩家的体验和品牌认知度,平台包括微博、微信、 QQ 、 Bilibili 、抖音、 Steam China 等等和其他社交平台。
- Self-driven, good communicator and a great team-player 具备主观能动性并具有良好沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- BA or BS degree in Communications, Computer Science, Journalism, other. 具有大学文凭,通信、计算机科学、新闻学等相关专业优先。
- Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 乐于步调快速及充满活力的工作环境中成长。
- Working knowledge of Engish 具有商用英语能力
- Passion for gaming is a MUST (PC) 必须对游戏( PC )充满热情
