We are looking for a Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join the Bucharest office.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice on social media
- Build a strategy for social online support – which networks, which channels, which messages, who is representing the account, who’s the face behind the account, define the tone of voice, guidelines, do’s and don’t and more
- Build and manage an official social support page and/or community
- Responding to players in all communities – internal and external
- Build support community - crowd sourcing
- Work closely with other communities – stomping ground, the official Bingo Blitz page and more
- Online brand listening and monitoring
- Possibly explore new social channels for support - blog and more
- work closely with the business to drive engagement towards the game, and drive business insights back from the communities you manage
- Build metrics and KPIs to measure your success
Requirements
- Works well independently – a proactive, self-motivated person who likes to build things from the ground up
- Creative person who thinks outside the box, who understands social marketing and engagement techniques
- A visual person, a story teller
- A person with macro understanding of the business and what purpose he is meant to serve
- Planning, prioritization and project management skills – multi tasker, works well under pressure, understands timelines
- Excellent communication skills, perfect English – a must
- Experience in social marketing management, past creative/ content management roles– an advantage
- Experience in design/ photoshop skills – advantage
