Services SDET (Associate to Mid)

Do you like to write code to break code? Do you enjoy reverse engineering systems to understand how they work under the hood? Would you like to learn what it takes to hit the concurrency of a game like Destiny?
As a Services SDET at Bungie, you will be an integral part of helping us scale up to meet our ambitious goals. You will accelerate the team through workflow improvements and will also assist in giving critical test coverage where we need it most. Most importantly, you will work with a fun, dedicated, and energetic team devoted to making Destiny one of the best games in the world.
This position is available for full-time remote work in CA, FL, IL, NC, TX, and WA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve unit / integration test coverage
- Build scripts, tools and automation to improve workflows
- Execute, monitor and investigate automation runs
- Collaborate daily with a cross-disciplinary team
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of core programming principles
- Proficiency with C#
- Experience with backend services and related technologies (e.g. SQL, IIS, Grafana, etc.)
- Ability to root cause complex issues between systems
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Professional testing experience (preferably utilizing NUnit or similar)
- Professional development experience
- Familiarity with build systems, CI/CD, etc.
- Experience writing unit tests
- Experience writing / executing load test
