Senior Unity Engineer

- Develop and ship our product's integration to the Unity engine. Requires you to be comfortable with the different angles and capabilities of the engine itself.
- Design and implement the right tools and add-on's for Unity developers to build easily and robustly for our HMD and MR capabilities.
- Take accountability for solutions that are modular and testable. Have pride for building unit and regression testing to prove that your code and solutions truly work.
- Debug, optimize and aspire to make things pixel perfect. Be willing to spend time in truly making things amazing, not just great.
- Work as our resident Unity expert. You will have a lot of people wanting to talk to you.
- Have fun while working on hard problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience of developing within the Unity game engine.
- Fluent in C#, C/C++ and proven history of writing awesome code which is modular, testable, maintainable and well documented.
- Strong understanding of rendering architecture of Unity.
- Deep expertise of creating products using Unity and integration to the engine.
- Knack to find creative and innovative solutions and the persistence to polish them to perfection
- Team player, ability to perform in cross-functional teams and to share knowledge with others
- Our company language is English - thus good communication skills in English are required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working on native Unity plugins is a huge plus
- Previous working experience with VR/AR is a plus but not a must.
- Expertise in working with at least one core graphics API (DirectX/OpenGL/Vulkan). Track record of shipping high performance products using these core technologies.
