The Role
We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Manager who can design compensation programs with global applicability and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and implement short and long-term solutions. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, this position will drive the compensation rewards philosophy and design programs that support our philosophy and people-centric culture.

What You Will Do
- Drive Compensation programs such as salary range renewal processes, goal tracking, and incentive process.
- Design and manage compensation structure through market-based analysis and research.
- Regularly benchmark company programs and remain current on evolving trends to proactively adjust programs to ensure market competitiveness in the gaming industry.
- Standardize, document, and automate total rewards analysis, review, approval, and implementation processes.
- Design and deliver effective communication tools to educate managers and employees on comp practices and programs.
- Build tools to help streamline compensation processes & increase efficiencies.
- Ensure compensation programs comply with regulations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of compensation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability and maturity to influence leadership teams.
- Open and collaborative approach to align stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and good judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Solid verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; able to effectively use data for storytelling.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and company-wide programs.
