Summary
The Lab Engineer I is responsible for setting up Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM), running tests & reporting results, ordering lab equipment & supplies, and configuring EGM’s. This position also provides technical support to teams including, but not limited to, Platform Development, Automation, and Quality Assurance.Pay Range
$58,282-$108,238What you'll do
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses EGM components, configuration, and network connections.
- Orders EGM components, memory, disk, etc., as needed to support teams.
- Works with senior staff to ensure all required equipment and EGM are available as needed to ensure schedule adherence.
- Provide technical support to debug and troubleshoot field issues.
- Participates as required in process improvement initiatives.
- Keep up with regulations and standards of safety for the software lab.
- Manage Lab Inventory.
- Other duties as needed.

Required Experience
- Associate degree in Engineering Systems Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
Physical Demands
The physical demands of typical office positions are expected. The ability to sit and perform terminal/computer work for lengthy periods is expected. The ability to move equipment up to 75lbs with moving equipment.
