The opportunity

Unity is looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Technical Program Manager to facilitate operations and communications between our Release Engineering team and the rest of our global R&D organization. In this role, you will work multi-functionally in pursuit of quality, excellence, improving and adapting strategies to enhance Release Management, Sustained Engineering, and Standards team agility and product delivery, while opening doors to collaboration with the wider company.

As the ideal candidate, you are comfortable wearing multiple hats: connector, coach, reporter, translator, firefighter and will ride the line between Helper and Leader, acting as a force multiplier for the teams you are embedded with. You have a light-touch project management style, and a dedication to encouraging an environment of individual empowerment, ownership, and trust. Your communication skills are outstanding, and have an understanding of and appreciation for working across different cultures, having the passion and drive to provide the best quality engine to our customers.
