Are you ready to shape how customers acquire and manage content from their favorite games? Amazon Games is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead retail acquisition and fulfillment for our Publishing Services team. In this role, you will craft and execute a product strategy connecting millions of customers on Amazon to the world’s biggest games. You will navigate players through new content acquisition experiences (purchases and claims), fulfillment, and content management.


As a Senior Product Manager, you will:


· Work with some of the best from the games industry across Amazon Games, Prime Gaming, and third-party developers.
· Skillfully balance big ideas with incremental impact for your customers.
· Build collaborative relationships with your awesome peers and work to deeply understand the needs of internal and external partners.
· Use data, insights, and your inventiveness to develop and execute against your roadmap.
· Strategically leverage and integrate with Amazon services to improve the content acquisition experience


Amazon Games Publishing Services enables game developers to reach more players and sell more game content with the power of Amazon. Our team is building new retail services for game developers to merchandise their entire catalog of games and in-game content, while offering shoppers a streamlined purchase experience. It’s always Day 1 at Amazon, but it’s particularly Day 1 in our games publishing business, and we’re excited to see what you can do.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline.
· 3+ years of product management, with a focus on delivering retail experiences.
· 3+ years of games, entertainment, or publishing experience

Preferred Qualifications

· Demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold product strategy.
· Demonstrated success delivering cross-team initiatives to positive product outcomes.
· Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative customer and developer-facing features.
· Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value.
· Experience shipping successful software products at scale.
· Experience defining product strategy, requirements, and roadmap with a focus on social products.
· MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
