Senior Technical Engineer (SDK Mobile)

The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile industry. The Engineering & Data team plays a key role in Voodoo’s long-term strategy. It enables Voodoo to both accelerate product diversification and provide a state of the art growth-engine to distribute and scale our games. They create innovative solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple searching to complex machine learning systems.

This international team will be composed of SDK developers, one QA engineer, and one product manager, all working together on the evolution of the product.

As a talented Mobile SDK developer you will take ownership of our in-house Mobile SDK. It’s used across all of our mobile game apps and played on hundreds of millions of iOS and Android devices.

• Be in charge of developing new versions of Voodoo's Mobile SDK .
• Take ownership of a broad range of cutting-edge software projects (ie: integration of new ready-to-use monetization components, performance optimization, automated testing…)
• Actively contribute new ideas that could impact millions.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver new and innovative features that improve hundreds of games.
• Improve CI/CD processes, automate tests and monitor the SDK, so they’re absolutely perfect!
• Work closely with game developers across the world to ensure the Mobile SDK is reliable and bug-free across multiple OS versions and devices.

Profile

• Passion about writing clean, well organized, and production-ready code
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and the build of workflows on Unity, XCode and Android Studio
• Experience managing third-party dependencies in Gradle andCocoaPods
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Experience with native Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Objective-C/Swift) development
• Experience with Unity C# or great motivation to develop your skills on it!
• Experience in writing tests (Unity Test runner, e2e, …)
• Enthusiasm for gaming culture
