Your Mission


The EMEA Talent Acquisition team is currently on the lookout for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support a range of roles, focused primarily on Data Scientists and Studio Creative.


We pride ourselves on consistently delivering a first- class experience to the business and providing a red carpet experience to candidates, so experience within the Games industry is an advantage. You will hire across multiple locations, seniority levels, and franchises and may also support the Activision Blizzard family.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in the following:

  • Management of a full end to end lifecycle recruitment processes across EMEA locations, including driving onboarding of new hires
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels both locally and globally.
  • Ability to proactively identify, map and engage with top talent to meet the demands of the business and to effectively develop a pipeline of key future talent.
  • Develop effective networking strategies that leverage engagement with future talent
  • Experience with, and willingness to participate in Talent Acquisition projects including rolling out Interview training, and remote onboarding guidance programmes.

Player Profile

  • In- house recruitment experience or a mix of Inhouse/Agency is essential - ideally across EMEA regions.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in a full 360 recruitment lifecycle to include candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation, and offer management.
  • Ability to develop a large, diverse and technically qualified applicant pool from multiple sources including direct sourcing, competitive information, web sites, referrals, advertising, networking, etc.
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast paced and at times ambiguous environment as part of a broader team
  • Recruiting experience in Studio Creative roles is desirable ie. UI/UX, Art, VFX, Animation and Data Scientists.

Location can be either Stockholm (preferred) or London
