You are a natural communicator and approach everyone you encounter with kindness, curiosity, and humour. You are hyper-organized and can embrace a sometimes chaotic environment with grace and curiosity. You understand how to speak to game developers, artists, designers and the people that support and lead them and nurture authentic relationships that attract great people to the roles you work on.
What impact will you have as a Senior TA Partner at Timbre:
- Develop productive and meaningful working relationships with your internal hiring teams.
- Work with other Recruitment specialists and the Group Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a first-class candidate experience.
- Identify, attract and recruit the best suited profiles for your disciplines.
- Utilize robust sourcing tools to identify and effectively source passive candidates.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support the studios growth plans.
- Build relationships with universities and take part in events to maintain a balanced and growing network of junior and qualified candidates.
- Represent your studio(s) at industry events throughout the year.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends in order to prepare recruiting and hiring reports.
- Support the evolution of the recruitment function through project ownership and process input.
Your track record might include:
- Experience of engaging and attracting passive candidates in a game studio where you helped hire across multiple disciples.
- Strong communication abilities, with an emphasis on empathy, curiosity, and clarity.
- Collaborative, eager to learn and share best practice.
- Technically minded with the ability to pick up software and technology.
- Unflappable, a cool and calm character.
- Abilities to prioritise workloads effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Capable of being a great ambassador of Timbre and the Sumo Group.
- Experience with Microsoft office suite of products and have experience with Lever Applicant Tracking System.
