OUR HR TEAM
You will be responsible for supporting various Game Development positions at all levels. You thrive in a fast paced environment and all of your requisitions are important. We are looking for a true team player! Guerrilla is a First Party game development studio and a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE).
As Senior TABP, you will be part of a diverse team consisting of nine members: two HR Coordinators, two HR Business Partners, one Compensation and Benefits Specialist, two Talent Acquisition Business Partners (including this opening) and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. All reporting into the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of positions at various levels;
- Work with hiring managers to identify talent gaps, develop compelling job postings;
- Source passive, high-quality, games industry-specialist candidates through modern recruitment channels such as active sourcing, social media, network building, targeted advertising and advanced Boolean logic applications;
- Interview and screen candidates to determine skill sets and cultural fit;
- Research and develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent;
- Constantly seek to raise the bar, identifying and proactively improving our processes and candidate experience;
- Regularly analyze and advise on pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders;
- Build a strong partnership across various functions with hiring managers, executive team and HR team;
- Provide guidance, strategize and make recommendations to managers to improve recruiting methods and create more efficient processes;
- Set up recruitment campaigns in cooperation with our Community Team;
- Attend and organize career fairs;
- Support the HR & TA Manager to align Guerrilla TA practices with those of the parent company Sony by liaising with PlayStation and collaborate with the rest of the World Wide Studios
WHO YOU ARE
- You have at least 5 years of full life cycle in-house recruiting experience in the gaming development industry;
- Built in network of game development professionals;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse a plus;
- Experience with corporate event and career fair planning;
- You have experience with MS Office; Google docs and Outlook;
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and/or client relationships;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal;
- PlayStation fan;
- Sense of humor
