Senior Systems Administrator (Remote)

ZA/UM is a video game studio that in 2019 released the award-winning role-playing game Disco Elysium. The studio has offices in London and Brighton in the UK and Porto in Portugal. Currently, we are around 90 writers, artists, developers and producers from around the world.
Your work includes:
- Leading our System Administration Group in administering our cloud-based no-trust infrastructure, which includes systems like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, Google Workspace, Perforce, and Plastic
- Identifying and responding to needs and requirements from our teams
- Reviewing proposals for new systems, auditing them for security, cost-effectiveness, and compatibility with our processes
- Proactively identifying frictions and proposing improvements to processes and systems
- Setting up and maintaining integrations between our systems
- Setting up and maintaining automation of system administration processes
You are:
- An experienced system administrator with minimum 5 years in the field
- Fluent with automation and integrations
- Interested in forward-looking cloud-based development infrastructures
- A great communicator, both with technical and non-technical personnel, fluent in written and spoken English
- Professional, considerate, supportive, and a great team player
- A proactive learner and keen on identifying and solving problems
