The role will be responsible for executing a risk-based management framework to effectively identify and mitigate risks, measure and monitor effectiveness of internal controls across Gearbox West Holding Corporation and its subsidiaries, consolidating the financial statements and reporting to head quarter. This role will also perform analytical review of financial statements and technical research as needed, draft accounting memos for unusual and new significant transactions, manage ad hoc project such as new system implementation. The position reports directly to the Gearbox Publishing San Francisco Division Controller.

Annual Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000
