Senior Software Engineer

You will be part of the Private Cloud Engineering team, reporting to a senior manager, and your role will be to:

• Participate in the planning and development of our private cloud infrastructure platform. This includes conducting assessments and gathering requirements, designing system improvements, and integrating new technologies.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of our backend services, which integrate with JavaScript frontend apps, to build functional and efficient server-side infrastructure applications.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of systems to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in the team responsible for the major build-out of functionality on the private cloud platform and associated backend infrastructure.
• Contribute to the architecture and delivery of the platform.
• Manage specific aspects of the buildout, which includes planning and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation, provide guidance, conduct code reviews, and offer mentorship to elevate the skills of our developers and the quality of our projects.
