Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Do you enjoy making tools to help improve developer workflows? Do you love being appreciated by all the engineers? We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build tooling for our development, build, and release systems as we scale up the organization. You will play a key role in leading the development of tools while partnering with developers across our engineering organization. Great candidates are able to make progress in an ambiguous environment, collaborate well with others, are good listeners, and are able to get working solutions in the face of conflicting ideas.

Your responsibilities:

• Writing tools to work with Git and Azure DevOps
• Working on our build and release pipelines to add functionality and streamline creation, and maintenance
• Building tools to support our microservice architecture

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years professional software development writing code in Python, C#, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar like Jenkins and Jira), and Git
• A deep understanding of build and CI/CD systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with building .Net applications/services, Unity, or Java applications
• Worked with Node and/or React applications/services
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent related experience
