Keywords Studios is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in partnering with various departments within the company to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for various gaming and technical roles. This is a full-cycle recruiting position, where you will be responsible for candidate sourcing, resume review, screening, and selecting candidates based on business-driven selection criteria. Additionally, you will serve as the subject matter expert on our hiring processes and tools, and may manage all requisitions, postings, and candidate tracking processes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about gaming and has a strong sense of urgency when it comes to fulfilling hiring requirements. This is a remote position, but it may transition to an on-site role in the future.

Requirements

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in recruitment - Previous experience recruiting within the gaming or technical industry is highly preferred - Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience - Familiarity with various candidate sourcing methods and tools - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
