Senior QA Engineer (Unity)

We are Keywords Studios. The video games industry represents the pinnacle of interactive digital content. At Keywords, we are using our passion for games, technology and media to create a global services platform for video games and beyond. We aim to become the “go to” provider of technical services.
This is a Senior QA position position. The role requires that the successful candidate work directly with the development team, provide good, clean results for assigned tasks but also provide direction if needed. They’re looking for someone who can help them with the multiplayer aspects of the game, able to test and audit the code in the editor alongside the dev team using Unity.
Start Date: 10/18/21
Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension
Shift Time: TBD, based in Eastern Time Zone
WFH: This contract is remote, but is not available in all locations. Only residents of the following states are eligible: AL, CA, CO, FL, IN, MA, MD, MI, NC, ND, NM, NV, NY , OH, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA
Responsibilities:
- Work with a suite of unity packages
- Ensure that program works as stated with all reference applications and documentation
- Ensure that the application is customizable as needed (UI, graphics, etc)
- Ensure that there is feature parity with all platforms to be launched on
- OOBE Feedback and resolution on all documentation and samples
- Build any automated test systems that are needed using Unity’s built in functionality or externally
Requirements
- 4+ years QA engineering experience
- 4+ Years Automation Experience
- Previous Unity3D Experience is a MUST
- C#
- Strong debugging skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
