ForeVR Games is a VR gaming startup of industry vets from EA, GLU, Zynga and the Walt Disney Company. Starting with the release of the hit games ForeVR Bowl and ForeVR Darts on the Oculus store, we’re on track to deliver more titles in 2022. Our goal is to translate the most popular and classic IRL games into immersive virtual reality experiences where friends and families of all ages can connect and have fun. About The Role

ForeVR Games is seeking an experienced Senior Publishing Producer to partner with external development partners as they build new titles. You’ll work with the VP of 2nd Party Production to concept, plan, and execute a portfolio of game titles. As a senior producer, you love staying on top of the details to deliver several titles on-time meeting a high quality bar while leveraging minimal internal resources.

In this role, you will manage a production process, organize and present schedules and data, and facilitate communication for a multidisciplinary organization including Development, Marketing, Business Operations, and multiple external partners. We build our games with a focus on innovation and AAA VR quality to nurture long-term relationships with our global customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Production manage a portfolio of games developed by top VR game studios from around the world
• Set, plan, drive and manage risks on game projects for measurable, successful outcomes
• Drive a review and approval process to ensure buy-in from leadership
• Use data and current tasks status to ensure predictability and integrity of delivery schedules across a portfolio of titles in live operations
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, PR, Business, Operations, Community, and CS teams
• Work hand-in-hand with 1st party production and internal core tech verticals
• Communicate effectively with leadership teams at all levels on project status, risks, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of production experience
• Have worked with external vendors
• Solid ability to build, track, and maintain complex schedules
• Have Live Ops experience with KPI management
• Fluent in both internal and external game development cycles from concept to post release
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
• Calm and deliberate within a highly dynamic, culturally diverse, energized, and fast-paced working environment
• Great to have: Experience and passion for VR platforms and development
