Scopely is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Talent Operations team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do
The Sr. Project Manager, Talent Operations is responsible for managing the execution of Talent Projects, partnering with internal business and team partners and vendors to ensure smooth implementations and integrations. This position is responsible for leading and managing the execution of complex combinations of technical and non-technical projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, including scheduling, risk management, and recommended resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task completion.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, report key metrics, and maintain project documentation.
- Gather, define, and document project requirements and detailed timelines for complex projects.
- Consult with internal teams, external agency partners, and third-party vendors to ensure best practices are followed and assignments are understood.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project Scope of Work (SOW), staff plans, timelines, define tasks, establish milestones, update internal status sheets, and change management processes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular project reports
- Lead internal and external reviews throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are met,
- Act as a central communicator, providing project updates, scheduling meetings, capturing meeting notes, and participating in client status meetings.
- Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure smooth project closure, conduct post-project evaluations, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the IT, HRIS or Talent industries
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
- Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business

- Experience with ATS or HRIS systems design and implementation.
