As a Senior Project Manager, People Programs, you will manage a portfolio of People team projects, and will be a key owner and liaison for internal and executive communications, supporting our Chief People Officer and the team’s broader short and long-term initiatives.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Drive programs from start through to completion across the entire People team and ensure all projects are adhering to timelines and deadlines.
- Partner with the CPO’s leadership team with project execution focusing on a number of key deliverables, with a focus on talent-led corporate goals and initiatives.
- Responsible for crafting a significant portion of People team communications as well as messaging to a company-wide audience.
- Develop project plans, as well as collect, prepare, and present information, project updates, and/or findings during discussions or meetings with senior leadership.
- Consolidation of weekly reports.
- Partner with the Chief People Officer in shaping the People team strategy, as well as support the CPO in reviewing outgoing communications.
- Performs other ad-hoc duties as required.
To be successful in this role, your background includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required. CPHR Designation is nice to have.
- 8+ years of experience in human resources including a recent track record of end-to-end project portfolio management/program management in HR.
- High degree of interpersonal and professional savvy across varying organizational levels, and ability to influence down as well as up across multiple business units and geographical regions.
- Strong executive communication and corporate communication skills.
- Strong blend of business acumen and HR pedigree.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and tactically in order to plan and execute effectively
- Ability to work under tight timelines and pivot when required
- Process-orientated and high attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
- Adaptability and agility required to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Project management tools: Asana, MS Project, or similar
- Excellent Google Slide/PowerPoint skills with proficiency in the Google Workspace Suite
