Senior Project Manager, Game Development - Lightspeed Studios

Work Mode: Onsite Responsibilities: Responsible for continuously optimizing the demand management process, demand specification, and construction of the review system process; Assist in the establishment and maintenance of art process work documents, specify responsibility arrangements, and formulate detailed rules for the implementation of milestone goals at each stage; Responsible for the construction of the art pipeline, control the progress and risks, and promote the improvement of production specifications, resource archiving, and process tools; Assist in the capacity building of the art team: develop stage version plans and scheduling capabilities. Requirements: More than 3 years of working experience as game PM or APM: a. Familiar with the structure of game art resources b. Understand the overall development process of games c. Understand the workflow of game art Graduated from art major and have strong document writing ability; those who have worked with/in art outsourcing team are preferred; Assist in formulating a complete and effective work plan: a. Implement and check progress according to the plan b. Adjust plan according to requirement updates to ensure product completed in time Can find out problems during the process and findout efficient solution. Easy-going, optimistic, and be able to work under pressure. Have good communication skill and team working ability. Be responsible and active with work.
