We are looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to report to our Studio General Manager support our multi-location team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- You will provide administrative support that aligns with department and team goals
- Space planning and facilitating moves
- Coordinate facility services with our entities
- Reconcile corporate cards and submit Oracle account set-up requests for team members and provide training on iExpense and similar reporting tools
- Advocate company procedures.
- Attend information and training sessions related to new studio processes.
- Organize meetings, conferences, team building, catering and special events logistics, onsite and offsite.
- Support the onboarding of new hires related to ensure NUSUs (New User Set Ups) have been completed in advance; ensuring all equipment, network access, and cube/office is set up before start date
- Maintain relationships with partners within EA and external to our company
- Help with branding team space.
- Maintain all department common areas and participate in creative sessions to brand these areas.
- Assist team members to submit or escalate Help desk tickets.
- Produce and maintain team email Distribution Lists.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in directly related position
- You are an expert MS Office user
- Expertise in creating and manipulating data from advanced Excel spreadsheets.
- You have experience creating Word documents including complex formatting, forms, etc.
- Your organization and scheduling abilities.
- ,Work with a minimum of guidance
- Flexible with different changing tasks.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, and practice excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to be proactive and predict needs before they arise.
