Product Marketing Manager – Okto Technologies
Okto Technologies is an innovative indie gaming studio, with its proprietary body tracking technology - working on the next big rhythm and music game.
We are now looking for a creative, analytical and commercially oriented Product Marketing Manager for a full time position.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational product marketing efforts related to your product portfolio targeting customers across Europe. The right candidate will have the opportunity to shape this role and implement new creative ideas within the company.

What you will be doing:
- Develop, execute on, and evaluate the product marketing plan and associated campaigns and activities for your product portfolio, in close collaboration with stakeholders from the Sales and Product teams.
- Through a deep understanding of target markets and audiences, you will initiate as well as support activities with the right messaging, channel usage and affiliated actions, to increase awareness and generate and nurture incoming leads further to qualified sales leads.
- Support product launches by creating and implementing launch campaigns, and work closely with both product experts and regional sales managers on the effective use of marketing assets.
- Create and support the development of product collaterals, sales kits, web content, product promotions, and social media messaging.
- Identify and support events (external trade fairs and conferences) relevant.
- Reflect on current market happenings and how these impact your marketing activities.
- Support competitor landscape screening.
What we think you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (product marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, positioning and messaging, audience marketing)
- University degree in marketing, business administration, or communication, or relevant to the position
- Proven track record with product/solution launches within technology and/or B2C
- Experience and knowledge of the gaming industry and/or the IT/software industry is highly beneficial
- Previous experience of working with marketing automation software (ex HubSpot)
- Fluency in English are highly beneficial

The position is located in Stavanger. We are open to remote.
The candidate will work closely with the team of 5. Traveling may be required.
