Senior Product Marketing Manager

Are you looking to take your career to the next level? Nifty Games is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the 2022 global launch of NBA Clash. You will be hands-on every step of the way, managing planning, creative execution, social strategies, promotions, PR, app store optimization, and more! The ideal candidate has expertise in product marketing, launching live-operated mobile games, and digital marketing strategies, with solid experience managing processes on cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the full development of brand and marketing plans in coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders to include brand identity, target audience, category/competitive market analysis, defining product positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Drive the ongoing relationship with users across consumer messaging, positioning of new game features and game updates, and ensuring communications stay on brand with creative oversight of messaging, branding, and assets
- Analyze and deliver ongoing product marketing performance analysis, making recommendations to continuously optimize across all channels
- Brief internal and external creative teams and lead creation of brand assets including key art, trailers, logo, metadata, and marketing collateral
- Support license partner management and communications with external parties, including regular relationship management with Apple and Google
Requirements:
- 4-6 years experience in all major areas of marketing: mobile, online and offline, brand, and product marketing
- Experience delivering licensed product to market, licensor relationships, and appstore relationship management
- Data-driven mindset, with experience leading market research and user testing efforts
- Must have experience working with marketing budgets and ability to track and maintain total spend to P&L
- Ability to work with collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and experienced in project management across internal and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with dynamic presentation skills experience communicating to C-level executives and top tier partners
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with top-tier sports licensing (NBA, NFL, or similar) is a major plus!
- Experience with influencer marketing and social media marketing strategies is highly desirable
- Experience with user acquisition & performance marketing
- Strong creative and aesthetic judgment
- BA/BS degree in a related field
