At Strivr, our Product Management team is responsible for Immersive Learning products and services encompassing intelligent content authoring, content management and distribution, the immersive experience, and data & insights as a product and service.

As Senior Product Manager for Immersive Learning & Authoring, you will own Strivr’s industry-leading enterprise learning and content creation products. You will drive intelligent content authoring tools to enable instructional designers everywhere to create the most impactful learning content on the planet. You’ll develop experiences that are not only effective, but scale to thousands of employees across the Fortune 500.

As a seasoned product manager, you’re comfortable driving the product life cycle end to end. You enjoy working with customers and identifying opportunities to create an innovative product vision. You bring the skills to define a product roadmap, develop a plan, and work with a multi-disciplinary team and varied stakeholders to deliver business and customer value.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end product development life cycle from concept to delivery and sustainment
• Partner closely with design and engineering teams to define feature requirements and execute on feature development
• Own a product backlog and manage an agile release process across a multidisciplinary team
• Research and validate product investments with customers and users
• Understand customer needs and define a product roadmap by interacting with customer success, marketing, and sales teams, as well as directly with customers

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager
• Experience shipping software to customers using an agile, user-centered process
• Ability to manage and prioritize requirements from different groups of stakeholders
• Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills
• Experience striving in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building content creation products
