Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives to push the performance of our game economy as part of the Candy Crush Saga In- App Purchase & Economy area. You will get the opportunity to be part of a phenomenal team, working with an industry leading and genre defining game with over 200 million active players.

Your Role Within the Kingdom

As a Senior Product Manager, your focus will be on crafting systemic improvements and innovative features that help us serve our players with the most engaging game economy experience possible. This role is at the center of our holistic economy performance opportunities and you will play a key role in leading these initiatives across our different product areas in Candy Crush.

To make sure you have access to the right competence and support, you will lead a diverse team comprising four talented Product Analysts and Game Economy Designers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Product Director to set an ambitious and effective product strategy for the game economy sub- area, aligned with the wider Candy Crush mission and goals.
• Manage your team through the creation and improvement processes of economic systems, to boost the holistic game economy performance
• Find opportunities through Data Analysis, A/B tests, lessons from within King, Competitor and Market Analysis, and User Research
• Communicate and coordinate with collaborators across the organization to ensure alignment and support for game economy improvements
• Guide the system development cycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality and timeliness

• Comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of economic systems
• Experience as a key stakeholder in cross- functional economy and/or system development
• Understanding of the gaming industry and player expectations
