Your Role
Glu Toronto is seeking an experienced free-to-play Senior Product Manager to work on the hit Kim Kardashian: Hollywood game. You will be responsible for helping the Kim Kardashian: Hollywood team make data-driven and user-research-driven decisions regarding the product’s roadmap and features, ultimately influencing growth, revenue and retention.
Your Responsibilities
Take the lead on forming the product roadmap with the team, and aligning it to current business needs
Optimize events, offers, and content releases to create a varied and entertaining experience for players that translates into KPI improvements
Identify opportunities for product growth and be able to drive a feature from concept, to evaluation, and post-launch iteration
Leverage analytics, in-game tools, and various testing methodologies to perform in-depth analysis of metrics and user feedback in order to direct improvements to core KPIs
Work with the game team, business intelligence, and cross-discipline leads to improve the game, and share insights from data and user research
Mentor junior team members and help them grow their PM skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Passion for games and a respect for player motivation and experience
High degree of competency working with statistics, analytics and tools for analysis (ability to write SQL queries is a plus)
3-5 years Product Management or Analyst experience in games and/or other consumer-facing web or mobile products
Experience with structured, hypothesis-driven product improvements, rigorous metrics analysis, player insights research, and design experimentation to align product features with player motivations
The ability to effectively communicate data and test results, as well as creative and technical feedback, to a diverse group of stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects
Preferred Skills
Deep understanding of free-to-play game systems, economies, currencies and balance
