Senior Product Manager, Trust & Safety - Operations Platform

As a Senior Product Manager on the Trust and Safety - Operations Platform team, you will play a key role in the Roblox experience by building scalable moderation and customer support tools for our internal, global teams. Roblox is looking for someone who understands CRM systems and the role they play in organizing workforces intimately. We want to work with someone with a vision for the next-generation of tooling to support our wide range of use-cases, from image moderation, to 3D meshes.

You Are:

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager specializing in product operations around moderation, customer support, and internal tools for an online marketplace, social network, or other relevant product with millions of users. Experience with User Generated Content (UGC) is a huge plus
• Analytical and data-driven, with a technical background capable with working closely with engineering teams to solve complex problems
• Able to analyze complex (multi-dimensional) solution trade-offs and present alternatives that would satisfy solution requirements
• Extremely well organized with project information, attention to detail, and exacting quality standards
• Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
• Experience with Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence a plus
• A self starter: High degree of self direction and independent drive.
