Senior Product Manager, Platform

About our product management team:

At Strivr, our Product Management team is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for our Immersive Learning Platform, that provides an end-to-end solution for our enterprise customers, including intelligent content authoring tools, content management and distribution, the immersive experience, and data & insights.

About this position:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive key platform components that power all of Strivr’s software products and services, and some critical features such as device provisioning and management. In this role, with your strong product skills and technical aptitude, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how virtual reality and Immersive Learning will scale to the next level in the enterprise space. You enjoy collaborating with engineering teams, varied stakeholders, and key customers to develop a strategic vision, then execute on the roadmap to deliver tangible value to your end users.

Your responsibilities:

• Define and drive a product vision for Strivr’s platform and service architecture with engineering teams and stakeholders
• Plan and prioritize product investments based on internal and external signals
• Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to delivery and sustainment
• Own enterprise IT integration features (MDM, identity, authentication) as well as some critical customer-facing features (device provisioning, device management)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a product or technical program management role in the enterprise software space
• 3+ years of a track record delivering technical solutions to customers and/or scale platform products as a lead Product Manager
• Experience driving an agile development process with a team of engineers
• Ability to manage and prioritize requirements from different groups of stakeholders
• Experience striving in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering an application or device to Fortune 1000 companies, integrating with their existing systems and processes
• Technical experience:
  • Intimate knowledge on mobile device management (MDM) systems such as Airwatch, Intune, or MobileIron
  • Deploying and monitoring enterprise-grade services
  • Deep experience in enterprise authentication/identity management solutions (Active Directory, Okta, Ping), SSO and standards (OAuth, SAML, LDAP)
• Experience with platform security and compliance
• Experience with enterprise learning technologies (xAPI, SCORM)
• Designing and supporting RESTful APIs
