Senior Product Manager, MarTech & Operations (Shared Technology) - 9 month contract

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our marketing and operations capabilities. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing teams, game studios and other cross-functional groups to facilitate the implementation of capabilities that will elevate player experiences to new heights.

The Senior Product Manager role is a key position within King’s shared tech organisation, responsible for providing the platform that underpins all of our games. As a member of this team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, designers, partners, and other product peers to shape the future of our platform and the capabilities needed to operate and grow our games.

Your Role Within The Kingdom

• Define the roadmap for the product area, identifying and prioritising opportunities for investment.
• Evaluate the business impact of potential opportunities and work with engineering, UX teams and collaborators to develop optimal solutions.
• Ensure clear communication of problem statements, their significance, impact, and priority to the team.
• Support the delivery of solutions and maintain open communication with partners to gather user input, communicate deliveries and ensure consensus and adoption.
• Represent the team and showcase results and their impact.

Skills to thrill

• Proven experience in product management in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with marketing technology or live/game operations is preferred.
• Strong product and project management skills, with the ability to lead product development following agile principles and create effective product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and iterative problem-solving in collaboration with engineers and team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
• Determined and able to complete responsibilities with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach and tackle challenges head-on.
• Previous experience in the games industry would be advantageous.
