Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be leading our team to bring our new game ideas from concept to launch and beyond! We are seeking the elite few to lead the development of evergreen games in a high-impact, low-bureaucracy, and lean environment tailored exclusively for the most ambitious and agile professionals.

More concretely, your missions will be the following:

• You will be leading a small, senior & agile team of production in order to ensure all operations are on track and going in the right direction for product delivery.
• You will be responsible for creating & iterating on the game design document for the game.
• You will be in charge of two games at a time and will have responsibility for defining which games need prioritization.
• The role will entail maintaining & further improving a product that has already been developed and elevating it to the next level while defining its objectives & strategy.
• The role requires having a holistic view of the entire app, including Roadmap.
• You will be using real-time data, industry trends and experience to make product decisions, see them through production and use data to validate your hypothesis.
• You will work closely with the UA, Monetization & Creatives and Data teams to identify opportunities, tackle issues and build partnerships.
• You will work closely with UI/UX Designer and Unity Developers to define roadmaps and execute on the teams’ combined vision.
• You will be expected to deep dive into spreadsheets and analytics to support your hunches and product decisions as well as have a firm grasp of your product KPIs and understand your players and their journeys.

Must have:

• Previous experiences in a studio leading mobile games from concept to successful launch
• Previous experiences in Game Design
