GSN Games is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Ad Monetization to join our team!

The right candidate is analytical and detail oriented, comfortable working across multiple groups of stakeholders to manage ad product launches and willing to work remotely or out of one of our US offices (Mountain View, San Francisco, Los Angeles, CA, Boston, MA).

About the Digital Ads Team:
We deliver advertising experiences that are a win-win for both our partners and players. The digital ads team evangelizes and supports ad monetization strategy, including the use of various ad formats across the GSN Games portfolio of social casino and casual mobile games.

What You’ll Do:
• Own the strategy and roadmap for key ad product/business areas as well as direct the prioritization and development of our ad tech products and platform features
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and game studio leadership to define the vision, strategy and business model for various product launches
• Data analysis to identify opportunities for key initiatives to improve the player experience and advertiser performance while overcoming technical hurdles to drive new, innovative ad products to market
• Optimize ad products by designing and conducting A/B experiments, including building data models to set expected outcomes of experiments
• Closely track outcomes of the engineering staff to keep pace of work on schedule while helping prioritize resources
• Exhibit sound ad product judgment, advise on industry best practices, present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis and advise on technical implementation of web/mobile code improvements to increase yield

About You:
• 3+ years of experience in product management or Ad Tech, preferably in mobile games
• Knowledge in developing elegant and simple ad feature functionalities which deliver world-class player experiences
• Strong understanding of ad tech, such as targeting, programmatic, mediation, reward-based video, SSP’s and DSP’s
• Detailed and clear verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders as presentations of ideas and outcomes to senior studio leadership are common
• Experience shipping mobile SDK’s, video products or other features in mobile
• Skills balancing needs of various business requirements and ability to prepare solid and clear documents for key stakeholders
• Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences
• Programming knowledge a plus: Java, Python, R, SQL, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance or Business preferred Create Your Profile — Game companies can contact you with their relevant job openings.
