Summary
The Senior Product Manager of Adjacent Markets is responsible for managing Aristocrat’s custom product portfolio and roadmap that spans across multiple new and existing markets. The position has direct accountability for the execution of new market entries along with product initiatives related to the division’s strategic goals.
This position guides new market and product initiatives, assesses markets and product viability, and develops a commercial strategy to effectively capitalize on market opportunities that grow revenue, share, and profits.What you'll do
- Proactively Supports a product strategy that helps drive the Aristocrat’s adjacent market product portfolio forward and supports the broader business goals.
- Manages the Commercial Release Roadmap and works with stakeholders to evaluate change and impacts
- Oversees various workstreams leading into the BAU 18-month release planning, new product introduction, Full Potential Launch, Annual strategy planning.
- Drives efficiencies and initiatives
- Responsible for developing, defining, and overseeing the product roadmap and managing it efficiently to deliver products on time and to their fullest potential.
- Responsible for planning and executing the rollout of key products with agreed-upon metrics.
- Assists with providing regular updates to senior leadership showing the exact status and progress of department initiatives.
- Collaborate with Government Affairs to help shape and influence legislation and regulations for new markets
- Collaborate with D&D Product Management and Studio teams to help design best-in-class games by providing industry trends, game performance data, customer feedback, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities and risks to the product based on KPI trends, develop execution plans.
- Responsible for managing and compiling the response for RFPs to gain new business
- Drive new projects forward to meet timelines while juggling multiple priorities.
- Interact with all levels of the organization internally, communicates externally with customers and other third-party representatives.
- Manages other product team members.
- This role requires travel to various events and company and customer locations to provide leadership and support, as needed.
- This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Statistics, or related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant industry experience and successful commercialization of new products.
- 4 years of leading product strategy and execution team
- 4 years of leading a team
- Experienced writing RFPs and RFQ’s
- Experienced writing product and market business cases
- Passion for building strategies and execution plans for entering new markets.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent writing, problem-solving and project management skills
