Xsolla Web Shop is a versatile eCommerce and LiveOps solution for mobile games, enabling direct-to-consumer sales of in-game items and effective player engagement strategies. It offers in-depth analytics, personalized promotional campaigns, and a comprehensive suite of tools designers can leverage to enhance game monetization and user experience.
Role Overview
As a Web Shop Product Designer, you will work on products that are used to build storefronts for our partners. We have our own Site Builder and Store to manage the catalog and various promotions. You will work closely on LiveOps tools, A/B testing, usability testing, and product discovery.
And we are growing in Asian markets, so your experience in this market is especially important to us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and optimize Web Shop tools and improve performance metrics;
- Responsible for a unified customer experience when integrating all company products;
- Monitor the market and competitive environment, analyze and understand the goals, problems of customers and gamers;
- Conduct research to find or validate hypotheses: interviews, A/B tests, compile CJM across the ecosystem;
- Investigate and evaluate current game store solutions to improve our offerings;
- Proactively recommend enhancements for self-integration, better serving our partners and users;
- Continually self-educate on games and competitive solutions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system for our Site Builder, ensuring its continual improvement and usability;
- Help develop the design culture in the company.
