As Senior Producer I, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of specific disciplines within the overall game project, ensuring that those teams are delivering on time, within budget, and to the studio’s standards for quality. This role requires strong knowledge of the game development process, experience in project management, and a passion for delivering engaging and innovative experiences to our players.
On this team, you will....
- Report directly to Game Director, who is overseeing the overall production of the game
- Support the team by coordinating, tracking, and guiding activities of both internal and external development resources
- Solve high-level complex project management issues
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to set milestones to ensure delivery of projects on schedule
- Partner with various internal/external teams to ensure all resources from collaborators have been contributed
As a Senior Producer I, you will be expected to...
- Establish, evaluate, and refine an effective project management process
- Set clear overall and interim goals for the development teams, ensuring that these goals are communicated, tracked, and completed while maintaining quality throughout various stages of production
- Oversee, coordinate, track and manage the activities of the team to ensure that project goals are completed on time
- Set up and structure projects within project management tools, like JIRA
- Use of flexible production methodologies and effective dialogue to maintain tight schedules and high standards of quality
- Work within budget set for project from Leads/Senior Management
- Provide mentorship and guidance associate to mid-level producers
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates for positions in product development where needed
In order to be considered for this role, you must have...
- Experience as a Producer working with internal development teams at a professional game development studio who has contributed to the success of a major console title
- Background working in a specific game development discipline (art, engineering, design)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively between all disciplines
- Understanding of various Production methodologies a nd knowledge of project management tools
- Experience partnering with external developers/resources
Preference will be given to candidates who have...
- Background in art and/or art production specifically
The pay range for this role includes the annual base salary, not including bonus and the generous benefits package that Crystal Dynamics provides all full-time employees. Individual compensation is determined by work location within our approved states, as well as additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education. Your recruiter will be able to share more information about total compensation.
Pay Range
$117,000 — $150,000 USD
